Everything you need to know about our services, care approach, and what to expect.

About Our Services

Yes — with the right provider. Diabetic foot care requires clinical knowledge of neuropathy, circulation issues, and wound risk. Our nurses are trained in diabetic-safe protocols, using sterile technique and careful assessment to minimize any risk. We do not provide care for active wounds or unstable diabetic conditions without physician clearance.

Our post-op care includes wound site observation, dressing changes (where appropriate), monitoring for signs of infection or complications, medication reminders within nursing scope, and patient education on recovery milestones. We work in alignment with your surgeon's discharge instructions and can communicate with your care team as needed.

For standard hydration therapy, a physician order may not always be required depending on the infusion type. However, for wellness infusions containing vitamins, minerals, or medications, a physician-directed protocol is required. We will guide you through this process and can coordinate with your provider if needed.

In-Home Nursing Care involves scheduled visits — typically a few hours at a time — for health monitoring, chronic condition support, and care planning. Private Duty Nursing is a higher level of dedicated, one-on-one care designed for clients who need extended or continuous nursing presence, such as those with complex medical needs or high-acuity conditions.

Yes. Post-cosmetic surgery care is one of our most requested services. We provide discreet, professional wound monitoring, compression garment assistance, swelling assessment, and recovery support — all in the privacy of your home or hotel. Many clients prefer this over returning to a clinic for routine post-op checks.

Care, Safety & Qualifications

If our nurse identifies a concern that requires further evaluation — such as signs of infection, abnormal vitals, or a wound that needs medical attention — we will communicate this clearly to you and recommend next steps. In urgent situations, we will advise you to seek emergency care and can assist with that coordination.

Yes. Our nurses arrive fully equipped with the clinical supplies needed for your specific service — including sterile dressing materials, assessment tools, IV supplies, and foot care instruments. You do not need to prepare or purchase anything in advance unless specifically requested.

All client health information is handled in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent. Our documentation practices are designed to protect your privacy at every step of care.

We understand the value of continuity in care. We make every effort to assign the same nurse to your visits for consistency and comfort. Please let us know this preference when booking and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Scheduling & Logistics

We recommend reaching out at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For post-surgical care, we encourage you to contact us before your procedure date so we can have a nurse ready for your discharge day. Same-week appointments are often available — contact us to check.

We are based in Fife, WA and serve clients throughout the greater Tacoma area including Fife, Puyallup, Federal Way, Auburn, and surrounding communities. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, contact us and we will confirm availability.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer that time to other clients in need. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand that health situations can change — please communicate with us as early as possible.

Absolutely. We provide care wherever you are most comfortable — private residences, hotels, assisted living facilities, and short-term rentals. Many of our post-surgical clients receive care at hotels near their surgical center before traveling home. We are flexible and discreet in all settings.
